Sales Terms & Policies

These terms apply to all purchases made through jenhill.eu. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before buying.
1. Who You Are Buying From
jenhill.eu is operated by Jen Hill, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic.

2. What We Sell
We offer digital products and services, including:
Subscription memberships — ongoing access to member-only content (currently: The Strawberry Field)
Online self-paced courses — lifetime or time-limited access to course materials
No physical goods are sold through this site.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in CZK and include any applicable VAT where required.
We accept the following payment methods:
Card payment via Squarespace / Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards)
Bank transfer (Czech bank accounts)
Revolut
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to your purchase is granted once payment is confirmed.
4. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a customer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of your order, without giving a reason — provided you have not yet accessed the content.
Because our products are delivered digitally, if you request immediate access to content at the time of purchase, you expressly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. A withdrawal form or clear written statement sent to jen@jenhill.eu within 14 days is sufficient to exercise this right, as long as you have not yet accessed the content.
If you are eligible for a withdrawal, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
5. Subscriptions: Cancellation & Renewal
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member content until that date.
No partial refunds: We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period once it has begun, except where the right of withdrawal applies (see Section 4).
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal where required by law.

6. Courses: Access & Refunds
Once you purchase a self-paced course and access the content, the sale is final and no refund is available, except where the right of withdrawal applies (Section 4).
Course access details (duration, update policy, etc.) are described on the individual course page.
7. Delivery
Digital products and membership access are delivered electronically, typically immediately upon confirmed payment. If there is a delay, please contact jen@jenhill.eu.
8. Technical Requirements
Access to our digital content requires a stable internet connection and a current web browser. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your own device or internet connection.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on jenhill.eu — including course materials, audio, written content, and community resources — is the intellectual property of Jen Hill and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own private use only.
10. Disclaimer
The content offered through jenhill.eu — including membership materials, courses, and any associated coaching or mentoring — is intended for educational, reflective, and personal development purposes only.
Jen Hill is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counsellor, or medical or mental health professional. Nothing in our content constitutes, or should be taken as, therapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, or clinical diagnosis of any kind. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, please seek help from a qualified healthcare provider.
We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to heal any physical, psychological, or emotional condition or disability. We make no guarantee of specific results from participating in any membership, course, or programme. Individual outcomes will vary based on many factors outside our control.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and any decisions you make as a result of engaging with our content.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our digital content is provided for personal development and informational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from use of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at jen@jenhill.eu and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body. EU customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
